Dana White named next contender for Francis Ngannou

The head of the UFC, Dana White, said that the next rival of Francis Ngannou is likely to be Derrick Lewis.

Recall that the fighters already divided the octagon in July 2018, giving out a sad fight in which Lewis celebrated the victory. At the moment, Derrick is on a series of four victories, brutally knocking out the main contender for the title Curtis Blades in the last fight.

“Most likely, it will be Derrick Lewis. In the end, we will have a duel between Francis Ngannu and Derrick Lewis. This is exactly the fight that we can organize right now,” said White. “Derrick Lewis is a heavyweight in the heavyweight division. And he deserved his title chance. Plus he already beat Francis. Yes, their first fight did not live up to expectations, but it can’t happen twice.”
