Nate Diaz ridiculed UFC light and welterweight tops

The favorite of the American MMA public Nate Diaz (20-13 MMA, 15-11 UFC) decided to send a message to the top fighters of the light and welterweight divisions of the UFC.

As a reminder, last weekend Diaz shared the octagon with No. 3 welterweight Leon Edwards. The Briton dominated the entire fight, but towards the end he missed a powerful cross, almost flying away to a knockout. Diaz tried to finish off a shocked opponent, but he ran out of time.

Despite the defeat to Edwards, the native of Stockton considers himself a winner, simultaneously making a loud statement to the top of two weight categories at once.

“I don’t have a glass jaw like the rest of you. Top 5 light and welterweight – you know who you are. Nate Dogg. A true champion,” Diaz tweeted.
