Magomed Bibulatov will challenge the ASA title with league champion Daniel “Jubileu”

The Russian mixed martial arts league Absolute Championship Akhmat (ACA) has announced another title fight. Former UFC fighter Magomed Bibulatov (17-2 MMA) will try to take the bantamweight belt from its current holder of the Brazilian Daniel de Almeida (28-6-1 MMA), nicknamed “Jubileu”.

According to the league’s official Instagram account, this fight will take place on March 26 at the Sibur Arena in St. Petersburg.

Note that for “Zhubileu” the fight with Bibulatov will be the second defense of the title that he won last year. In the first defense, the Brazilian knocked out the Russian Abdul-Rakhman Dudaev, hitting his knee in the body.

Bibulatov, on the other hand, began performing in the ASA two years ago and is now going on a series of three early victories. In his last fight, which took place in October 2020, Magomed effectively knocked out the Brazilian fighter Rodrigo Praia with a spinner, thus winning the ACA Knockout of the Year award.
